Clinic Initial Evaluation

(75 minutes): $150

  • An in-depth evaluation performed by Dr. Krista alongside of a parent/guardian/caregiver, where she will inquire about medical history and gather pertinent information, then perform a detailed musculoskeletal assessment and examination of strength, range of motion, flexibility, muscle tone, posture, movement, balance, coordination, and motor planning abilities. 

  • This is completed through formal testing and clinical observation skills. 

  • A thorough report, available at your first follow-up visit.

  • A unique home activity program that easily adapts to your family’s routine. 

  • An individualized treatment plan with goal setting and specific activities based on your child’s unique needs.

Milestone/Movement Screen

$125

  • An interview alongside a parent/guardian/caregiver, and an in-depth assessment performed by Dr. Krista of gross motor milestones according to the child’s specific age. 

  • Clinical observation of your baby moving in different positions (back, belly, sitting, standing) or of your child performing different gross motor skills. 

  • Hands-on examinations may be utilized to gain more information if needed.

  • 2-3 activity suggestions to facilitate optimal gross motor movement for your child’s unique needs, specifically tailored to your baby or child.

  • This service can also be used for a one-time parent education on a specific skill/question such as adapting tummy time, how to work on rolling from back to belly, crawling, walking and more.

In-Home Initial Evaluation

(75 minutes): $150​

  • An in-depth evaluation performed by Dr. Krista in the comfort of your own home alongside a parent/guardian/caregiver, where she will inquire about medical history and gather pertinent information, then perform a detailed musculoskeletal assessment and examination of strength, range of motion, flexibility, muscle tone, posture, movement, balance, coordination, and motor planning abilities. 

  • This is completed through formal testing and clinical observation skills. 

  • A thorough report, available at your first follow-up visit.

  • A unique home activity program that easily adapts to your family’s routine. 

  • An individualized treatment plan with goal setting and specific activities based on your child’s unique needs.
